The company was co-founded by Lindon Hayes and Jarrod Hayes following the success of his previous venture, Utilipath, a national technology solutions provider that completed projects across 45 states and Canada. Building on that foundation, Lindon and Jarrod launched Essentia with a next-generation approach to infrastructure delivery—one that integrates advanced technology, operational excellence, and deep regulatory expertise. Over time, Essentia has grown into a trusted partner for some of the largest organizations in telecom and government sectors.

Today, the company is jointly led by Co-CEOs Lindon Hayes and Jarrod Hayes, whose combined leadership continues to drive Essentia’s commitment to innovation, scalability, and exceptional client service.
